● is a resistance-heating chamber furnace with internal retort, with the feature of cubic heating zone, convective heating by protective gas.

● This furnace is also suitable for the purpose of nitrocarburizing, post-oxidation and tempering.

● is equipped with a program controller with touch-screen combined with H2 probe and mass flow meter, so that parameters of the process, such as heating speed, temperature, pressure, gas flow, nitrogen potential and passing time may control automatically. The real-time actual status of the furnace is appeared on the screen. The function of manual setting, access to certain component status and warning screen are also available on this controller.

● is fully integrated controlling of the electrical system and power system, achieves arc detection and pulse train trigger; output DC voltage smoothly adjustable 0 ~ 1000V; conduction ratio α (duty ratio) continuously adjustable in 0 ~ 85%; fast and reliable arc extinguishing system which will not burn the workpiece.

● The equipment provides human-machine control interface based on computer platform, achieves automatic control of heating speed, temperature, pressure and holding time. The computer can visible display the equipment status and process parameters curve in historical and in real time.
